Stainless Steel Braids

SS braids are specifically designed for use with GSB to connect to valves or other components. When pressure is applied, an unbraided hose can stretch axially; to counteract this, we provide an external layer of SS wire braid. This braid not only restrains elongation but also enhances the assembly's pressure compatibility.


For high-pressure applications, we may offer two or even three layers of braiding. The braid is highly flexible, accommodating the hose's movement, and is typically made from SS 304 wire. We can also manufacture SS 316 and 321 braids and supply them in various configurations to meet customer specifications.
